I like the fact that they have walk-in appointments. I found a stray dog that needed to be seen and I was able to get it seen without an extra “emergency” fee. The staff were all very kind and knowledgeable

Excellent staff. Very warm and caring. I brought in my pup Mousse a little over a year ago and we found out that he had SLE lupus. Throughout his life the staff gave him the best care and they too fell in love with the golden eyed bandit. We recently had to take Mousse back because lupus had taken his body. He was suffering beyond what anyone could help heal. Dr. Taylor and the whole staff were amazing throughout Mousse’s life. I appreciate everything they did for Mousse.

I love the staff here, particularly the clinical staff. They take time with any concerns you have and try to give solid recommendations for care. I appreciate that they give you prices before doing testing or treatment. Even if you’re a walk-in, I have never had to wait long to be seen. Highly recommended.

Have taken both of my puppies here for care. The staff is wonderful and regardless of which puppy I have they always ask about the other. My Shih Tzu had cherry eye in both eyes. Both were fixed and recovery on them took only a few days. Not to mention he still gets excited when we go back!

Took excellent care of our Labradoodle! She had to have surgery to remove socks and hair ties from her intestines cause she eats everything They had remove a ft of her small intestine. But the surgery went great, after care was great, and now she is happy and healthy!!! Would definitely recommend!!

Everyone at Westside Animal Hospital, from the front desk staff, to the vet techs, to the veterinarians took such good care of my dog, Otto. While recovering at home from being neutered, a combination of too exuberant playing and breaking out of his cone to lick his incisions resulted in Otto’s neutered area becoming dangerously inflamed. Dr. Zettler and Dr. Knight carefully explained recommended treatments and helped me understand my options. During the several days I had him boarded there for observation and medical care, the Westside staff kept me updated on his progress and they showed Otto so much loving attention that he’s now totally in love with them, as well as fully recovered. For skillful and compassionate care, I highly recommend Westside Animal Hospital.
