Dr. James A. Zettler hails from the lovely state of Mississippi and is a 1995 graduate of Mississippi State University. Dr. Zettler is the fifth child of ten, and is the son of a 20-year US Navy veteran. During his years of practice Dr. Zettler spent 5 of those years in the US Army Veterinary Corps. Dr. Zettler loves practicing veterinary medicine and shows special interest in Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Cardiology, and Gastroenterology. He also is a member of the AVMA, FVMA, MVMA, and NWFVMA.
When Dr. Zettler is not devoting his time to his patients you’ll find him fishing, swimming, playing basketball and spending time with his wife and three young children. You can often hear him speak of his love for music and catch him reminiscing his younger years in Los Angeles, playing the drums in a Rock-and-Roll band. Dr. Zettler also enjoyed many years in the Boy Scouts. He is currently a local Scoutmaster, and is active in his church.
