Dr. Karen Taylor is a graduate of Auburn University class of 2002 and Baylor University class of 1985.   Before Dr. Taylor devoted her life to animals she worked for IBM in Lexington Kentucky as a Systems Engineer.  Dr. Taylor loves practicing veterinary medicine but shows special interest in cardiology and internal medicine.  Dr. Taylor finds time to sneak away from her 7 dogs, 3 cats, and 2 horses to take part in numerous organizations.  Dr. Taylor is an active member of the AVMA, ALVMA, FLVMA, AQHA (American Quarter Horse Association).  When Dr. Taylor is not dedicating her time to her patients you can often find her showing her beautiful Quarter horses and trail riding.
